Although I started this thread, I think I've found a solution to my
problems. It looks a little goofy, but so far it is working rather well. I
took my 2400 off of the marble tile, and propped the front end of it up with
my wallet. It is up about 1/2-3/4" of an inch, and then I took my fan off of
my NordicTrack (it is a real cheap NordicTrack brand one which never
actually cooled me down while working out, but appears to be perfect for
cooling my 2400. I have the fan blowing directly on the left front corner of
the machine, and so far it has kept my 2400 about 20 degrees cooler than it
normally is. Granted this has only been one day of experimentation, but
maybe this will work for others. Plus the keyboard seems much more
comfortable to type on.
