After I bought a Duo 2300c on EBay I have installed 8.1, as well as System
9 -- both work normally but I found them a bit slow so I scaled down to 7.6

I guess 7.6 is the best OS for this model. As I said, even System 9
installed and worked without a glitch. My Duo has 56 megs of RAM

I have a question though, does anybody have any idea why I can't get more
than 10 minutes on a new battery?

The weird thing is that the control stip shows plenty of juice - almost a
full charge!- when I get a message that the "reserve battery has very little
charge left" and then the Duo goes to sleep.

Thanks,

Igor
