I've done that, it does not make any difference. As I said, the battery shows full charge when the Duo shuts down. And the battery is brand new. Weird. Reset the power manager and recondition the battery in your Duo using the Apple Battery Recondition application. Never charge in a third party charger, only use the proper Apple charger or in the Duo you use it in itself (not in another Duo).
