Hi all, Virtually every time I go to shutdown the finder seems to quit and reappear (desktop icons and menu bar text disappear for two seconds). Trying shutdown again either works ok or freezes the duo. Is it that something -- some port/modem thing -- is still active thus halting shutdown. The Express Modem CP is usually still shaded after quitting everything. I've set TCP/IP to active, and 'load only when needed'. Thanks for any help, Daniel. London, England.
