Recently the motor of the floppy drive on my 2400c (240 G3) burned out when I unknowingly put in a defective floppy. The powerbook no longer reads the drive, and needless to say, the floppy drive doesn't spin. I got a new drive and cable, but the powerbook is not reading the new drive. So it must be something on the powerbook end that is also broken. Has anyone had this happen? _______________________________________________________ Get 100% FREE Internet Access powered by Excite Visit http://freelane.excite.com/freeisp ---------- Duo/2400 List, The friendliest place on the Net!
