It was harder to find a >shop willing to do this fix, however. Jose & Laura, Occasionally, these problems are nothing more than a blown fuse or capacitor. Finding and replacing the blown fuse is about an hour of work (we charge $85/hr, plus parts -- other firms are in the ballpark, maybe + $50 to $100). If it is a capacitor, that can be a bit tougher to discover as testing the SMD caps is a bear. Other components can also fail, such as power transistors.
