ñull posted a new comment: If have some patches to contribute, is there GIT repository where I could checkout and contribute code? I discovered that it is just a bit more extensive then just putting. Also the host path of ncftpls is affected and I guess the same is valid for ncftpget. The full file path should not be included in the host path and handled with -W 'cd <path>'.
