Actually, under cygwin, the default file naming works, but this is cygwin
under Vista, so there may be problems that we don't know about yet.
Try --short-filenames. If that helps, then this is a cygwin on Vista issue.
The message "No such file or directory" is the same message you get when
trying to write duplicity files under XP shares.
