Yep, that's a bug.

Which version of dvbcut do you use? The latest official release (0.5.3)
contains two dozen or more bugs that have been fixed in the subversion
repository on sourceforge.net.

On an Athlon64, -fomit-frame-pointer doesn't really make sense. But it
shouldn't harm either.

Only if you're already using the latest dvbcut version from svn. You can
get the sources with
svn co https://svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/dvbcut/trunk dvbcut
