Hi there I've started to notice that DVB broadcasts here in the UK seem to have less reliable audio sync: that is, for some programs at some times the audio seems to come before the video by an unacceptable amount.
This seems to be an effect of the transmission - I see it on tv equipment, nothing to do with computers or dvbcut. Question: given a suitable user interface, would dvbcut be capable of introducing a deliberate constant shift in audio:video sync, +ve or -ve? ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Take Surveys.
