Are you sure that you see the audio delay ALSO on you computer after transfering the files? I ask because some german TV stations (PRO7, SAT1 ....) recently changed something in the audio coding (variable bitrate?) and this can cause some settop boxes (at least my Topfield 4000PVR) to have sync problems! The recording were ok... only the STBs firmware had to be fixed!
