Then it should also have the new default settings. Unless the make
(dependency) mechanism is really broken.

Yep. Would a dialog (Help/About) be sufficient?

I also would like dvbcut to display the name of the current input file
somewhere - in the window's title bar, for example. But I don't know yet
how that can be done with Qt. Hints, anybody?
