Due to MPEG frame reordering, I guess. If the last few frames are IBBP,
for example, with sequence numbers 2-0-1-5, the frames will be BBIP
after reordering, with a 2-frame gap between I(2) and P(5). Similarly
for IBBPB, which gives BBIBP - and a 1-frame gap between B(3) and P(5).
At a frame rate of 25 Hz, this corresponds to PTS differences of 120 and
80 ms, respectively.

It even prints the dvdauthor template in batch mode now.
