Huh? What did you edit? Once dvbcutbase.h has been generated, it should
neither be deleted nor rebuilt, unless you change dvbcutbase.ui.

I slowly get the impression that the mingw version of make is broken.

Definitely not. Although it sometimes is the only way to get things done
right - e.g. building for different architectures.

If you changed a source file, it should generate a new .depend file.
