Alright, this makes revision 77. Input and output timecodes are now always 
displayed. It's always "output/input" for both timecode and picture number. 
When the current picture is not to be exported, the output timecode 
corresponds to the last stop header or, which is the same, to the timecode of 
the current picture if a start marker was inserted right there.
