Only that you DON'T go back one picture. Jump to the STOP marker and what you 
see is exactly the number of pictures exported and the corresponding 
duration.

E.g.:
you put a START marker at pic 100, and a STOP marker at pic 103.

* Number of exported pictures 103-100=3
* List of exported pictures: 100, 101, 102
* Output picture number displayed at and after the STOP marker: 3 (equals 
number of exported pictures)
* Timecode at and after the STOP marker: 00:00:00.120 = duration of 3 pictures 
= timecode of the next picture (if we insert another START marker later)

As I was saying, not the picture before, but the one itself.

You see, everything is nice and consistent, because we DON'T export the 
picture at the STOP marker, i.e. made the STOP marker exclusive.
