Very strange... do you use a project file and read that same file under all 
versions? 

Could you show us such a project file (which contains all the set marks)
and the log output you produced with it?

I've not idea why the set chapter marks and the printed list should depend on 
the TS files used... if there is any relation then only indirectly comming 
from the order / type of marks and how you set them!

Hmmm,.... the funny thing is, that in r107 we fixed a bug concerning the 
chapterlist, which in the about 10 revisions before (so also in r105) did NOT 
work as (we!) expected. 

Might it be that you expect someting different from this list as we do? 
Or at least use the chapter marks in a different way as we do...
