I've made a few changes to the dvc-fileinfo pretty-printer, so that
different pretty-printers can be selected by the user. Set the
dvc-fileinfo-printer-interface option to change it.

I've renamed the default pretty-printer to dvc-fileinfo-printer-full.
While doing so, I changed the rename and copy indicators to use an arrow
for the target, because seeing -source and -target is not appealing to
me. What do others think?

I've also made a new pretty-printer called "terse" which resembles the
output from the pre-fileinfo status buffers, since I like that sort of
look. I'm open to suggestions for letters to use for 'ignored and
'conflict, since I'm not familiar with what those statuses mean. A chat
on #monotone tells me that 'missing is basically "maybe deleted", so I
changed xmtn to set :indexed to nil in that case, so that the resulting
terse status is "D?".
