I presume you'd also have to be clear that there's no redeeming of points for money (at least not on the part of DW) - though foxfirefey *did* say "nonrefundable". Just so someone who got a bunch of points from someone else as a gift can't ask for them to be cashed out, perhaps because they're closing down their account.
