I don't think I could take it seriously if we called it that...I mean,
giving someone the "web clap" just sounds *wrong* !
But seriously, it's a good idea. Although I think to spare drama, it would
have to be something neutral, something that signifies neither approval or
disapproval. Otherwise you know users will angst over their 'approval'
rating. Actually, they will probably angst over how many [or few] people
have read and clicked their post *anyway* if we give them a way of verifying
actual numbers.
But it's probably better to know than not know.
