i created patch http://na.srck.net/dwm/dwm-3.8-taglayouts.patch which does this individual layouts, don't be afraid of that 3.8 version in url, it apply even on 4.1 only with some fuzzy offset (and this is OK). Btw, in patch you linked is error, it will cause segfault if you press the "hey, show me all views" key - MODKEY-0 in default. Also, mentioned patch depends on another patch, mine not :), for instalation, read http://www.suckless.org/pipermail/dwm/2007-March/002306.html 4.1 version will be released soon. --anydot
