Anyways, I am not sure if this behavior is expected but when I launch dvtm (or create a new shell window) it takes around 2 seconds for the shell prompt to come. In dvtm-0.3...the shell prompt comes instantaneously. This is on a debian etch 4.0r2 system. To install I used: make unicode && make install. Any ideas? Thanks again, Amit
