Why everybody on phone wants to be on 14195 and all CW on 14025 escapes me

"Once upon a time", the lower band limit on 20M SSB in the USA was 14200 so 14195 WAS 'out of the American Band' at that time. After the USA limit was moved to 14150, DX'ers still stayed on 14195.
On CW, the Bottom 25 KHz is reserved for Extra Class Licensees ONLY in the USA so many DXpeditions / DX stations stay on 025 or just below, listening above 25 for ALL license classes. Only 10, 12, 17, 30 and 160M CW do not have license class frequency restrictions in the USA.
