www.qsl.net/eu1sa/lotw.htm is far better than nothing, and we should be
thankful to its author. But this is far short of having the LotW web site
itself in Russian.
It does demonstrate that there are hams around the world who would provide
the translation if the LotW web site's content management system supported
the requisite personalization.
