Little ole HS raised an EU huge pileup the other day on 20. Callers so deep
that I had to work split and call by numbers.
I began for the first time to use my ProLog program that gives most
operators' names as soon as their call is entered... AND replying to caller
with his name. I just did it for fun, but then I began to notice the pile
up was better behaved.... began to wonder if it was the personal names that
helped. Stopped using names to test it.... yep, the pileup got more
unrulely...
Lesson: Use callers names if possible and get more personal and maybe
elicit more responsible operating practice.... eh? 73
