Shouldn't someone who's working harder than you get to take your spot? The rules are the rules Re: addition of new entities and I would say new political entities are about the cleanest, easiest call there... new country = new country! I think it's good for DXing to add new easy ones. It's good for people with limited setups to have some excitement and it does provide a way for Honor Rollers who aren't doing anything to have their standings decay and make room for new guys.
