To add to your list:
All the YI's, there is no government in Iraq to
issue/oversee licenses or for that matter anything else.(There were no W/XW8's
recognized during the Viet-nam war)
The recent P5 operation was never sanctioned or
approved ,formally, by the N. Korean Gov't but was sure shut down by
them.
My all time favorite is BS7. It's a rock that
sticks up in the ocean, a rock..!!
And lastly if you really want to argue for KH8
take a close look at XF4. (150
miles from XE and is owned by XE)
The ARRL criteria is wholly & solely based on who is/is
not asking for the change.(period)

Hello to all DX'ers ! I been read all this matter
regarding KH8SI status & I'm afraid that I dont understand
something. Well, sometimes my G-language is limited,
especially when I need to read> "between the
lines". However, as I understand the rules of DXCC mixed with
the so called "White Paper" , its becamme that: OH0, OJ0, R1MV,
KP1,KP5, 1A0, GD, GU,GJ & probably many others > needs
to be DELETED from DXCC long time a go. OR if
opositive, then SJ9WL, 4U1WB, 4U1VIC,VK1 to VK8 & some other to
be ADDED to DXCC !?!?!?! Any-how, changing the
DXCC rules allmost every 2-3 years for "some-one needs" is verry
bad idea & is verry dangerous for entire HAM-RADIO movement!
I dont see anything progresive - even that I 'm pleased to
be Invated to be part of so many DX Expeditions taking places last few
years,......... All I feel is "COLD WAR" . OR
I'm wrong??? If so, OM's touched with this mail >please accept
my polegues!
Stay Tuned on SIX & Be Happy with:
