Since Saint
Martin (including Saint Barts) is already on the
DXCC
list (FJ,FS - ADIF #213), I would expect
this to have no
effect. Saint Martin and Saint
Barts are not listed separately
on either
the United Nations' list of Non-Self-Governing
Territories
or the US Department of State listing of
"Dependencies and Areas of Special
Sovereignty."
Saint Barts
and Saint Martin would both need to be added
as individual entries (separate from
Guadeloupe) on one of
the two
lists in order for Saint Barts to qualify as a "new
one"
separate from Saint Martin.
