Unfortunately, the design of the site IS the design of the site and that's that, as they say in show biz.
I did e-mail John DIRECT with his contacts so that he can breath a tad easier. I will be happy to assist anyone else that can't access the site BUT..you must contact me direct as I don't want to tie up the machinery with log requests. It's the best I can offer.
