True. Just like menu-window the window containing calender/map/times has
a "higher stack priority". We'll need to chagne the window-hint.

Bug description:
Whilst using the clock applet in the panel, ie when the calendar, map and 
timezones are showing and a bubble is received, it remains behind the drop-down 
and is therefore barely visible (only the right-most few pixels show).
