[Dx4win] ? Recommendations for log conversion to DX4WN

I have a couple of logs from last fall that I need to move into DX4win.  Any
recommendation on best utility to convert SS & ARRL 10 Meter from WL to
DX4WIN.

Or is ADIF by it's self the best method???
