This is what I use for my cards. I have set up Custom2 label format as follows:
Label Width: 119.99 Label Height:35.50 Nr across:1 Nr down:1 Horiz Pitch:119.10 Vert Pitch:32.99 Paper siz: custom Spacing left:19.99 Spacing top:45.01 Page width:140 page height:80 Horiz shift:0.00 Vert shift:0.00 Max QSOs:0 Portrait:(checked) Callsign Font:Andale Mono Body Font:Andale Mono Options: Comercial:9checked) Use lines:(unchecked) Call right aligned:(unchecked) This was posted to the reflector some time ago by one of our friends. I do not take credit for that. They can be adjusted to fit your cards. However, I designed my own format without the boxes. This allows Dx4Win to print several QSO's on one card. Thus the Max QSOs is set to 0 to allow the program to do this. If you only want 1 QSO per card, set this to 1.
