Like many on the reflector, I've been a DX4WIN owner since the very early 1.X versions. Over the years, this subject has come up many times.
In all these years of using the program, I've made many changes to the country database. Enough that I believe that the common portion (country and details tab) should be updateable by importing a file. Just yesterday K2CIB sent out a list of buro flags that were changed recently. Folks, it will take more than a few minutes to correct the 34 buro flags and a great reason for the program to allow the import of the common portions of the database. The population of an exception callsign into the country database is an example of a great DX4WIN feature. Many have commented repeatedly about this feature. Country and Details import capability from a file could be another great program feature.
