I think the best solution would be to add another color combo for un-worked band/mode combos.
If the user is happy with the present system, simply change the new color scheme to green on white, so it has the same look as it does now in 6.02. For those that want to know whether or not a band/mode combo is new, then they will have a new color scheme to know that. (Regardless of whether or not it counts for an award.) Don W0DJC
