Depends... You want to copy everything in the "Save" directory...
If the computers are networked... no problem... just copy to a share... If the logs are small... use a floppy.. or a series of floppies with Winzip Large... If you have a CD Writer, Zip drive or tape... it's simple... But if had this, you wouldn't have asked... If the computer is on the internet... send you files to your self as an attachment with the old computer, then recieve them on the new computer... good way if they are not enormous... You can copy disk to disk by temporarily hooking up your old drive to the new machine... this is how I do it if I don't have a network... You can transfer using a null modem cable... there are some utilities in some Windows distributions...
