You need to edit the Radio information that shows what the highest 
frequency available is. To do this, go to File->Databases->Radio, and in 
the Edit Radio screen (it should be the one you're using), change the high 
frequency as appropriate. (Mine says 52,600 Khz). Remember to save changes, 
and you should be all set.
