i have used 'ALT-B' to back up my log,
but now i want to put my log on a disc.
i look in the help file and cannot figure out
how to do it. looking for some help here.

If you have a CD burner, there is some great back-up prorgams that 
will do that automatically as well.  Personally I use Iomega's 
Automatic Back-UP 1.0.2  I have it set to back up any file that 
changes every 10 minutes, which it does automatically, this way 
keeping a copy of all and any data I have to save
