Jim, Can you follow along?
1. Open samplelog.dxl 2. File | Info; 5538 QSOs 3. QSO | Filter Select upload = Y; no QSOs found 4. Labels | Set upload flags; I get 5538 QSOs 5. Labels | Export for LOTW (no filter or selection active) 6. Takes no time it seems :) 7. File new log (I'm not saving the modified log) 8.
