When you go through the Labels menu to generate the ADIF file, it will set the Upload flags to Y and fill in the date. Next time you want to export, first use F8 to start a filter, and type "01/01/1901" into the Upload Data field. This will filter on only those QSOs that have not yet been exported to LoTW. Then "Labels -> Set Upload Flags" using the filter, and again "Labels -> Export for LoTW" using the filter.
