I don't remember if anyone answered your query. Ideally, the user could assign the priority so that if they were more interested in band/mode combinations, that could be a lower number than, say, a mode unconfirmed.
But, since it isn't that way, I have chosen to pay attention to the colors, over which I have control. Yellow reverse is highest priority followed by red and it's combinations for mode, blue and its combinations for band, and green for the band/mode combinations. Black and gray I ignore. So I never pay attention to the numbers, just the colors and it works OK for me.
