[Dx4win] Still waiting for "Support"

It has been one week now and I am still waiting for support on how to "fix"
this packet cluster problem. I cannot login in to any packet cluster with
this new version, 6.03 and it is quite frustrating when I have to wait this
long for feedback on how to fix it.
