Where can I find an up to date list of QSL managers. Have just installed the new AD1C Country list and subsequently realized that I might have blown out my old QSL Manager list. Yes I could go back, (have read the 'how to' BUT I'm not sure I was up to date with the data. Remember there use to be a Russian chap who would post updates.
