You must do it as follows: 1. in qso window..... Labels> Set upload flags 2. Labels> Export for LOTW and after the export routine 3. Labels>Clear upload flags Then every time the dx4win makes the right if i remember well.
If you have done the 1st step then when you download the confirmation file of LOtw page you will import the adif file as usually but under the Options for duplicate QSOs must choose "Imported qsos set upload confirmed flag" The usual procedure if you don't remember is... 1.
