You might want to take at look at the program WL2DX4WIN located here:

http://sp7ps.pl/sp7dqr/eng/convert_en.html

It takes an ADIF file from Writelog and reformats it to put the info in 
the correct fields in DX4WIN.  I've used it in the past with good results.
