It is not my intention to participate in a war of words here and I don't intend to participate in what may be considered 'flaming'. Life is much too short and, after all, amateur radio is just a hobby.
But it seems to me that there are many others that also feel that DX4WIN should fully support CW DXCC. Not receiving any information from Rapidan directly or through the reflector stating that I am using the product incorrectly does, in my opinion, state that they agree that CW DXCC is not fully supported. Nor have I received any work arounds that solve all of the problems. As I have stated previously, work arounds should not be the modis operandi for a product like DX4WIN. Either it FULLY supports the awards it promises to support or it does not. Although I am a relatively new DX4WIN user I have the utmost respect for the product and value it as a very welcome addition to my enjoyment of our common hobby. But given 'my' problem with CW DXCC which appears to be the same problem for others I would encourage Rapidan to bite the bullet and incorporate the needed changes in the product and with no work arounds required.
