Thanks for the info. My label position is different and it takes too much cut-and-try to set it a the right place of the QSL card ! I have given up and will stick the labels :) ! Using alternative ink cartridges of just about 12.50 Euro. I bought this Epson printer just because they are cheap and work fine with alternative cartridges. But, for printing several thousands of DX-ped QSL cards it is a bit slow and expensive solution! As sticking labels in such situation is also too time consuming, I guess the only solution is to chose the smallest "standard" paper size (like DL envelope), stick a QSL in the middle and on right side of the envelope, and measure margins as it was on the envelope one wish to print. This will allow using our fast and high-capacity ink cartridge Laserjet printer. This is the way I figured-out that may solve the issue.
