Hi Rog, I questioned the author of BV software: he suggested to use inkjet Epson printer which can be set for the required paper size :)! But, for printing several thousands of DX-ped QSL cards it is a bit slow and expensive solution! As sticking labels in such situation is also too time consuming, I guess the only solution is to chose the smallest "standard" paper size (like DL envelope), stick a QSL in the middle and on right side of the envelope, and measure margins as it was on the envelope one wish to print. This will allow using our fast and high-capacity ink cartridge Laserjet printer. This is the way I figured-out that may solve the issue. Have a try.... 73, Radi F6GNZ -----Original Message----- From: Roger Borowski [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Sunday, April 24, 2005 8:25 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: Re: [Dx4win] BV7: Direct printing on QSL cards
I'm also using a HP 4000, Radi. If you hear of any solutions, please share them with me. I have not found any but gave up rather easily. My HP Laserjet 4000 printer doesn't support this paper size so using any other standard format changes all my prepared "label" position and margin parameters. Has anybody solved this problem and how? 73, Radi F6GNZ _______________________________________________ Dx4win mailing list [email protected] http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/dx4win
