[Dx4win] LOG BOOK LANDSCAPE 2 - SIDE PRINTING

Help is needed in trying to print the various log books in
Landscape and 2 sided to save paper. All the preferences are
set for that form of output but still get only one sided 
printout.  Any suggestions. 
 
I can produce 2 sided print for all other applications except
DX4WIN!!!
 
HELP!!!
