I finally figured out how to get it to do what I wanted (with a little help from friends)! The procedure bears absolutely no relation to the prededure given in the manual or help file!
I used the SEARCH function under FILTERS to set a date range. Then using MULTIPLE QSO OPERATIONS under QSO, I set the date range to whatever group number I wanted. After that it was easy! Just go to FILTER/EDIT GROUP NAMES and enter the group number descriptions. Thanks to all who replied. 73, Roger -- Remember the USS Liberty (AGTR-5) http://ussliberty.org/ From [EMAIL PROTECTED] Fri Nov 25 18:19:03 2005 From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] (Larry Alkoff) Date: Fri Nov 25 18:19:13 2005 Subject: [Dx4win] Groups In-Reply-To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> References: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Message-ID: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: > > I have nearly 90 groups set up -- for different contests, different qth's. > they work great. its pretty easy to do. It is likely in the docs, but I couldn't find it so I am taking the lazy approach and asking. Thanks Stan
