On second thought, I am NOT going to make this change for Release #33. This release might have some errors compared to previous releases (because of my having to add start/end dates to a lot of callsigns). Making the prefix changes above will cause every QSO with Antarctica and United States to import with an error. I'll save the prefix change for next time.
